    Welcome to NEUVIE. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NEUVIE mobile application (“the App”) and services provided by Cherry Socials Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading or using NEUVIE, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

    1. About NEUVIE
    - NEUVIE is a productivity and coaching app designed to support users with ADHD and busy brains.
    - The App provides task management tools, motivational strategies, and access to educational video content.
    - NEUVIE is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

    2. Subscriptions & Payments
    - NEUVIE is free to download. After trialing features 7 times, continued access will require a paid subscription.
    - Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and auto-renew unless cancelled.
    - You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device account settings.
    - Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies.

    3. Acceptable Use
    - You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer it.
    - You must not use NEUVIE for unlawful or harmful purposes.
    - We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

    4. Content & Access
    - Educational content (including Empower Your ADHD) is for informational purposes only.
    - Content may be updated, added, or removed from time to time.
    - You are responsible for maintaining internet access to use NEUVIE features.

    5. Limitation of Liability
    - NEUVIE is provided “as is.” While we aim to ensure the App is reliable and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use.
    - We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., missed deadlines, loss of productivity).
    - Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or negligence where the law does not allow it.

    6. Privacy
    - We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
    - By using NEUVIE, you consent to this data processing.

    7. Governing Law
    - These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
    - Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    8. Content and Rewards
    - All content within NEUVIE, including video lessons, coaching materials, and written resources, is the property of Cherry Socials Ltd and licensed for personal use only.
    - Content may not be copied, downloaded, distributed, or used outside of the App.
    - Any discount codes, vouchers, or reward redemptions provided through NEUVIE are for individual use within the App. They must not be shared, resold, or distributed outside of the App.
    - We reserve the right to withdraw rewards or suspend accounts if misuse is detected.
